SECURITY DEPOSITS
We typically require a 1 month’s rent as security deposit. It is not to be used as your last month’s rent but will be refunded within 30 days of your lease end. Security deposits are due at the time of lease signage. In some cases the landlord will ask for additional security deposit depending on the details of your application.
