How to apply
Anyone who will be living in the property and be named on lease should fill out the rental application.
You may visit “rental application tab” to apply and pay for the application via debit/credit card. Or you
can make an appointment at our office to fill out an application.
Students may use cosigners to qualify for income. Cosigner must be a parent or legal guardian.
Please note that rental applications are not accepted on a first come first serve basis. All rental
applications are subject to minimum credit scores, income qualifications, rental history and criminal
background checks. All applications are subject to final landlord approval. Application processing
typically takes 2-3 business days.
How can I schedule a viewing?
To view a property please contact us with the property address and requested date and time for a
showing. Please keep in mind that some of these properties are occupied and need at least a days
notice for any showings.
What is your pet policy?
Pets are considered on a case by case basis depending on the property, landlord, and lease terms.
We typically charge a non refundable pet fee ranging from $250-$450. Fee is nonrefundable and a
one time charge. There is no monthly pet rent. In some cases landlords may ask for an additional
refundable pet fee.
Do I need renters insurance?
Yes, all the tenants need to have renters insurance before moving in. Please email us a copy of your
renters insurance policy and be sure to add Triangle Investment Realty as an additional interest
name. In the event of a claim, the landlord’s insurance policy does not cover your personal
Early Lease Termination
Your lease does not include early lease termination provisions unless you are active duty military.. If
you find yourself in a situation that requires you to move out early, please notify us, in writing, as soon
as possible. You are responsible for paying the rent, utilities, lawn maintenance (if applicable), and
any additional fees related to leasing the home out.
